Private loans & notes: We assist investors who are seeking short to mid duration, high-yielding investment notes. These investments are secured and collateralized by tangible commercial real estate (“Real Assets”). This asset class has consistently demonstrated higher risk-adjusted returns, while providing investors with down-side protection during periods of market volatility.
Non-performing loans & notes: We assist investors in identifying, analyzing and purchasing distressed loans and notes at significantly discounted prices. These investments are purchased from banks, funds, and other financial institutions that are otherwise not available to the general market. In some instances, we can assist investors with financing the purchase of these notes, providing the buyer with more time to stabilize the property.
EB-5 Immigrant investor Visa program: The EB-5 Visa program is an investment-based opportunity for foreign nations to obtain a green card through the U.S. Citizenship and immigration Services (USCIS). Investments are usually made through what is known as a “Regional Center”. CMM RE provides foreign investors with many opportunities to invest in attractive projects that meet all the EB-5 Visa requirements.
Portfolio interest exemption program: Qualified non-US investors may earn up to 10% annually tax free on specified debt obligations. Since 1984, portfolio interest has been tax exempt as described in IRC Sections 871(h) and 881(c) for cases of non-resident aliens and corporations, respectively.
