We offer a very robust CMBS lending platform in addition to our other permanent financing solutions. We focus on both fixed and floating rate options starting at amounts as low as $1 million. Loan durations can be 5, 7 or 10 years, with standard loan-to-value levels of 75%. In some instances, we offer loan-to-value levels as high as 85% so our clients can cash out and use the proceeds for whatever they wish. Best of all, these loans are all non-recourse.
